MANAGEMENT OF WORK PARTS

For better management of work reports, EMIRAL has developed a mobility solution that integrates directly with Dynamics AX.

This solution consists of a responsive web application, accessible from any device, be it smartphone, tablet or PC. It also offers the possibility of being installed natively on Android devices.

Through the employee's device, you can approve the parts by means of a signature. These parts are automatically sent to the client's email that we have parameterized in AX.

From Dynamics AX we can manage all the assignments and parts created, knowing their status. Also access the generated documents and see a preview, print them...

Client list

List of clients associated with the employee, with direct access to related information: contact data, allocations, work reports, projects...

Charges of expenses and hours

Through the desired device, the employee can create allocations of expenses and hours within the project in which he is working. On the spot, the information is recorded both in the application and in AX, saving time and having these imputations available for the creation of the work report and the client's approval.

Work part creation

Possibility of choosing the imputations that will make up a part, by means of a range of dates and by project. By default, only the imputations that are pending approval are dragged, and they can be edited, deleted, etc.

Approval of work parts

Once the work reports have been created, they are pending approval by the client. From the employee's device, the client can directly sign the parts, thus approving them. You can also add comments to expand the information about the report.

Integration with Dynamics AX

From Ax we can keep track of all the work reports and imputations that are created in the application, thus knowing their status.
This allows us to obtain a "photograph" in real time of how the service we are offering to our clients is doing, and to be able to act more quickly in cases where it is necessary.
