Batch status and dates:
The status of the batches can be customized by customer, so that it allows us to control that a batch is suitable for sale, but cannot be sold to a specific customer because it has different specifications. In addition, default expirations and maximum delivery dates are established. This means that when a batch is created, the system calculates the expiration based on what is configured and, in addition, assigns a maximum delivery date to the batch.
Change control:
To the sensitive data of the articles, batches, etc. change control is activated. This control implies, in addition to collecting the changes made to a record, forcing the user to indicate the reason for the change he is making.
Quality analysis:
Quality tests are created each time a lot is created in the system (from production or from a purchase order). They indicate the list of tests to be carried out in each analysis.
Analysis bulletin:
Every time a delivery note is registered for a batch with an analysis, an analysis bulletin is created. Said bulletin collects the tests and results of the analysis and prints the client's data, delivery note and the details of the analysis in a document.
Technical sheets:
The technical data sheets allow the collection of product data to prepare a document with said characteristics. These have version control, also establishing states for each of the versions (active/obsolete/inactive), as well as language management
Security sheets:
The system allows managing the dangerous elements of each one of the articles, being able to print the label with the pertinent pictograms.
Certificates:
With this functionality, it is possible to issue certificates to clients, indicating that the list of items indicated meets certain characteristics, leaving a record of said certificates.
Manufacturing instructions:
This functionality allows us to manage the manufacturing instructions of our products.
Homologation control:
To be able to approve a supplier, it is necessary for the supplier to provide us with a series of documentation. In addition, this documentation has an expiration date, so it will be necessary to request the supplier to renew it from time to time. If the supplier does not provide such documentation, the approval is lost.
Sending documents:
Documentation can be sent automatically or manually. There is also the possibility of creating automatic updates submissions in the technical documentation.
