For several years, Microsoft Dynamics AX has been the business management solution chosen by Totto. The natural evolution of the business and the need to provide an efficient and top quality service to customers has been the reason for making the leap to new integrations, modifications and customizations on this ERP.
Emiral has implemented two new functionalities, which are added to those that the company already had: logistics management and mail pool.

Totto had the need to integrate several well-known logistics operators in order to print their labels directly in the warehouses of the backpack distribution company and thus be able to avoid relabeling the merchandise when they arrived at their bases.
As for the mail pool, the development was made to facilitate the sending of information and documentation (delivery notes, invoices, etc.) to its clients. With the help of Emiral, an email pool system was developed where the emails to which they should be sent were configured for each client and for each type of document. These shipments can even be configured automatically from time to time or even send all the documents in the same email.
