How to manage sending emails with Sage X3

Sending emails has become the main channel of communication at the corporate level. A large amount of documentation is sent by email: budgets, delivery notes, invoices, contracts, etc. For this reason, it is of great importance to have a solution that guarantees security above all and avoids errors, which are more frequent than we think.

In a previous article we discussed how the generation, storage and sending of documentation by email in transactions with third parties is simplified —whether customers or suppliers— through the ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX.
